Sole F63 Treadmill

The Sole F63 Treadmill — hailed as “… the best quality treadmill in its price range.”
This is Sole’s ‘baseline’ model, and even so, there can be no doubt that the F63 is a great value.

Sole’s technology and quality are apparent in the machine. It has features normally found in treadmills costing hundreds more, including six preset programs, two user-defined programs, large stop switch, inclines up to 15% and a max speed of 10 mph.

This is a good choice as an entry level machine for anyone who will walk or jog regularly.  However, the consensus is that the F63 is probably not the best choice for serious runners.  The motor is rated at 2.5 HP Continuous Duty, which is as strong as many other brands’ mid-range models; however it may not be sufficient for runners who really want to push themselves.  Those who are serious runners, or have multiple users in the household (especially if they exceed 250 pounds or so), or expect to use the machine extensively may be better served by looking higher up the Sole Fitness line.

With that said, we still feel the F63 is an outstanding value, especially at its price point. Like all of Sole’s “F” series folding treadmills, the treadmill deck safely locks into place when not in use — 100% secured for safety and space-saving portability.

The console’s vibrant blue display is easy to read and user friendly.  Full time displays include Speed, Incline, Time, Distance, Calories, Pulse and Pace.  And a 1/4-mile track and Peak & Valley Graph are included for different programs.

Speed and incline controls on the armrests let you change your workout on the fly.  Built in speakers allow you to listen to your favorite tunes from any MP3 player, and cooling fans keep you, well, cool.

In our opinion, the F63 is a great treadmill for those who are seeking a high-quality entry level machine at an outstanding price.
